When you request a consultation we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, location, the service you are interested in, and the message you send us. We only use this information to respond to your enquiry and to discuss bookkeeping services.

Client records

Financial records shared during an engagement are handled confidentially, stored in secure cloud-based systems, and shared only with the people who need them to deliver your bookkeeping.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to deliver our services — for example with secure software providers we use, or with our tax partner when you ask for a referral.
