Boutique Books & Co. does not currently provide payroll services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Boutique Books & Co. is not responsible for delays, errors, penalties, missed deadlines, or incomplete work caused by missing, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

6. Accuracy of Information
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate bookkeeping services based on the information provided to us.
However, bookkeeping accuracy depends on complete and accurate client records. Boutique Books & Co. is not responsible for errors caused by missing documents, incorrect information, incomplete records, third-party software issues, bank feed errors, or client changes made without notice.

7. QuickBooks and Third-Party Software
Boutique Books & Co. may use QuickBooks or other third-party software to provide bookkeeping services.
We are not responsible for errors, outages, data loss, pricing changes, feature changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms, including QuickBooks, banks, payment processors, cloud storage providers, or other software systems.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own software subscriptions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Fees and Payments
Fees for bookkeeping services vary depending on the scope of work, transaction volume, number of accounts, complexity, cleanup needs, and ongoing service requirements.
Pricing will be discussed before services begin. Payment terms will be provided in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Boutique Books & Co. reserves the right to pause or stop services if invoices are unpaid, payment information is invalid, or payment terms are not followed.

9. Cancellations and Service Changes
Clients may request to cancel or change services by contacting Boutique Books & Co. in writing.
Cancellation terms, notice periods, and final payment requirements may depend on the service agreement or proposal in place.
Boutique Books & Co. reserves the right to end services if a client fails to provide required information, misses payments, behaves inappropriately, or does not follow agreed terms.

10. Confidentiality
Boutique Books & Co. understands that bookkeeping involves sensitive business and financial information. We take confidentiality seriously and use reasonable steps to protect client information.
